Have a great surf holiday and learn more about the fascination of this unique sport. Based on principles of fun and safety, our team concentrates on the personal advancements of every single participant. Surfing is fun for everyone!
Location & Environment
You can choose between different kinds of accomodation. All of them are less than 10km away from the surf school.
Our surf villas are far away from any touristic centres and thus make the ideal choice for all romantic couples and every surfer that likes to have some peace and quiet. In case you want to get there from time to time - no problem, within a 12min car ride you'll be at Costa Calma. In La Lajita, only 3,5 km away, you have all the amenities you'll need: shopping facilities, pharmacy, banks and Spanish bars & restaurants. When being accommodated in our villas you should definitely have a rented car.
Our apartments are right on the spot and in the touristic centre of Costa Calma. They are composed of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony or terrace. You can also use the swimming pool, the snackbar and a spacious sun-terrace of the immediate neighbourhood. The arrangement of the apartments matches hotel facilities, incl. regular cleaning. All amenities are within walking distance: shopping facilities, bars, discos, beach and restaurants. A rented car is thus not necessarily needed.
Board & Lodging
The surf villas Las Palmeras I and II:
Our two stand-alone villas are located at a little hill of the valley of La Lajita. With an outstanding view over the picturesque fishing village and the ocean they invite their guests to absolute relaxation. It's 60m between villas and both are constructed in the same way.
Every villa has a total area of 220m, composed of 5 bedrooms (each with bathroom), a spacious lounge with contiguous dining area and a kitchen. The maximum guest capacity is limited to 12 persons. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine, dish washer and an oven with ceramic stove tops. Why not having your breakfast at the kitchen counter with 4 bar stools!?
Right next to this main living area you can find one of the bedrooms. Along the roofed corridor, you will get to the other 4 bedrooms (also with bathroom). One of those bedrooms is equipped with a bath tub and an extra living room having a couch that can also be used as "daybed".
The bedrooms: Every bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, WiFi and a terrace with sea view. Bed linen is included, too.
The bathrooms: All bathrooms are equipped with basin, toilet and shower or bath tub. For a small fee you can rend towels, if needed.
Our apartments at the Casa Catalina are designed in a style which is typical for Fuerteventura. The building is separated into 30 different flats spread over 3 floors. In the neighbourhood, Bahia Calma, you have a reception, two swimming pools (one with children area), sun terrace with loungers and a snack bar at your disposal. Bath towels are available for a fee.
The equipment of the apartments is as follows: combined living and sleeping area for 3 guests, phone, TV, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and coffee machine, separate bedroom, hair dryer, shower, WC and balcony or terrace. Regular cleaning and fresh towels incl.
Surf class
There are new surf classes for beginner and advanced surfers starting every day. Highly motivated and qualified surf instructors hold lessons for groups up to 8 persons max. Thanks to the extraordinary geographical location of Fuerteventura, our coaches are able to choose the perfect surf spot of the day suitable for any level.
We provide every participant with a bracing beach snack. In addition, we will compile video material in order to analyse your sessions and optimize your techniques.
Spotguiding:
Our spot guide service is suitable for everyone looking for the perfect green wave or for more experienced surfers. A skilled guide leads you to the best spot of the day. After a short briefing about the local particularities we can rip the next safe session.
Material:
We provide you with various products of BIC boards. As our surfboards are only used over one season, we can assure a maximum of technical support. We use wetsuits of 'Sola', shortys and longsuits in different sizes available.
Service & Extras
How to get to the surfcamp: Individual travel by flying to Puerto del Rosario. You can book an airport transfer (not incl. in camp price). You can also use one of public busses or rent a car to continue your journey.
